Danny Thomas
Food and Beverage Director
dthomas@medallionclub.com
PH: 614-794-6999 ext. 301

I was born in Michigan (don’t hate me) and have lived in Georgia, Virginia, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. I graduated from Buckeye Valley High school in Delaware, Oh and am a graduate of Otterbein College with a major in Public Relations and minor in Psychology. I was a member of the varsity soccer program while at Otterbein and I continue to this day to serve as an undergraduate advisor to students. I have spent 16 years in the food service industry. Most of that time was spent at the Villa Milano Banquet and Conference center where I worked my way from banquet server to Asst. GM. I have spent the last 18 years in the Westerville area and have made many friendships that count amongst the closest I have ever had. I love the atmosphere in Westerville and return yearly to walk the campus of Otterbein. I found my original position at Medallion (banquet manager) out of pure luck through a job posting and the rest they say is history. After spending a year managing the banquets for the club, I was given the opportunity to run the entire food and beverage program as the director. The thing I most enjoy about being here at Medallion is the opportunity I have daily to work with and for the people that live in one of the greatest cities in America. This club has given me the opportunity to expand what skill sets I already possessed into an even broader horizon. I truly appreciate the opportunity to get to know the awesome people who are members here and find various ways in which to make their experience here at Medallion truly one they look forward too.
